Jay Pharma Tech is located in the Sola Bhagvat area. This part of the city is interesting because it’s a mix of residential blocks and newer commercial developments. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. The atmosphere around Sola Bhagvat is a bit more relaxed than the city center, though it’s definitely getting busier every year. Our workspace is pretty straightforward. We have the equipment we need and enough space for the team to move around. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls; it’s more of a practical workshop and office combined. We usually start the day by opening up the shutters and letting some air in. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood—vendors calling out, cars passing by, and people heading to the nearby temple. Most of our staff lives close by, so we don't have to deal with the long commutes that others do. We have a few desks where we handle the paperwork and the phone calls. There’s always a jar of biscuits and some tea stuff ready for when someone drops in. We don't spend money on advertising or making the place look like a showroom. The focus is just on the technical work and making sure our clients get what they need. It’s a small, local operation where everyone knows each other’s business. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay busy.
