Jay Bhavani Hair Art

My shop, Jay Bhavani Hair Art, has been around in Sahijpur Bogha for quite a while now. We are located at Shop No-29 in the Ganga Appartment building, right on G.D. School Road. If you are coming from the school, we are just opposite there. It is a simple place, nothing too fancy. I started this because I liked cutting hair and wanted to have my own spot in Ahmedabad. Most days it is just me or maybe one other person here helping out. The chairs are old but comfortable enough for a quick trim or a shave. We see a lot of the same faces every week, mostly neighbors from the apartments or parents dropping kids at the school. It gets busy on weekends, especially Sunday mornings when everyone wants to look clean for the week. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but people just sit and chat or check their phones. We don't have a big website or anything, just this shop. I try to keep the floors swept, though hair gets everywhere fast. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we opened, but we stay right here. It is just a regular local barber shop where you can get your hair done without a lot of fuss. I usually have the radio on or the news playing in the background. If you need a haircut and you are near G.D. School, you can just walk in. We stay open until the evening most days.
