Janta Ladies Beauty Parlour

Relief Road is always a mess with traffic and people everywhere. Our place, Janta Ladies Beauty Parlour, is tucked away in Devsha No Pado. It is number 2613 if you are looking for the door. We are right near the Pragati Co.Op. Bank and just across from the Reliance Web World. Being in this part of Ahmedabad means there is never a quiet moment. The lanes are narrow and you have to watch where you are walking. Inside the parlour, it is mostly ladies from the nearby houses coming in for a quick haircut or to get their eyebrows done. We have been here a long time. The walls have been painted a few times but the vibe stays the same. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have a big sign or anything too flashy. Most people find us because their mother or sister told them about us. We do the basic stuff like waxing and facials. The mirrors are large and we have a couple of chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the ceiling fan is always on full speed. We know most of the people who walk past the shop. It’s just a small business in a busy pado, trying to keep up with the daily rush of the city. We don’t really do fancy bridal stuff, just the everyday things that people need to feel a bit more cleaned up before they go about their day.
