Jalaram Hair Art

We have been here at Mandvini Pole for a while now. Jalaram Hair Art is just a simple place on Gol Limda Road. If you know the area near Astodia Chakla, you probably walked past us many times. We are right across from the Central Bank of India and the MTS store. It gets busy on this street. Most days, we just open up early and wait for the regulars to come in for their usual cut. The shop isn't fancy. We have the basic chairs and mirrors. Sometimes people just stop in to chat while waiting for their turn. It’s a local spot. Living and working in Ahmedabad, especially in this part of town, means dealing with the noise and the crowds every day. We don’t mind it. It’s home. The fans hum all day long. We keep the floor swept, but hair gets everywhere when it’s a full house. It is just a small business trying to do honest work. You can find us easily because of the big bank opposite us. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Just the name Jalaram Hair Art on the front. People from the pole come here, and so do some folks passing through Astodia. It’s a good spot to sit for a bit and get cleaned up. We see the same faces every month. That’s just how it goes here for us.
