Jai Bharat Hair Dressing

Jai Bharat Hair Dressing is at Shop No. 5 in the Municipal Staff Shop area. We are in Navrangpura, right by St. Xavier. It is a busy part of Ahmedabad. People find us easy because we are opposite Rajhans Society and near Shambhu. The shop is not very big but it has what we need to work. We have been here for a long time now. Every morning we open up and sweep the floor before the first people come in. Most of the men who come here live in the apartments around Navrangpura. Some are students from the schools nearby. We just do regular haircuts and shaves. There are a few chairs and some old mirrors on the walls. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside but we are used to it. We don't have fancy air conditioning, just a couple of fans that stay on all day. Sometimes we sit outside on the stool when there are no customers. It is just a simple way to make a living. We know the neighbors and the other shopkeepers in the municipal building. We do our work and go home in the evening. There is nothing special or corporate about how we run things. It is just a local hair shop where you get what you ask for. We try to keep things clean but it is an old place.
