You can find us over at Goyal Intercity, specifically in B 7 71, right across from the TV Tower. It’s a well-known landmark on Drive In Road, and being near Sal Hospital makes it easy for people to give directions to our place. Our full name is Innovative Design Engineering Animation Pvt Ltd Idea, which is a bit of a scramble of words, but it covers what we do. We’ve been in this part of Ahmedabad for a while now. The office is usually filled with the sound of clicking mice and people discussing engineering specs. We do a lot of design work, and the animation side of things helps us explain complex engineering ideas to people who might not be technical experts. We don’t have a glossy brochure or a marketing team. Most of our clients come to us through word of mouth because we’ve been around the block a few times. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed; we aren't wearing suits every day. It’s more about being comfortable while we work on difficult problems. Sometimes the traffic on Drive In Road gets pretty backed up, but we’re used to it by now. We just focus on the projects we have on our desks. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we try to get things right the first time. We enjoy being in this neighborhood and the mix of people we get to meet. There is always a stray cat or two hanging around the entrance, which is just how it is.
