We’ve been over at Navrang Centre for a while now. It’s a busy spot right near Swastik Cross Road. Usually, the office is full of drawings and site plans spread out on desks. People stop by to talk about building projects or just to check on how things are moving along. It gets noisy sometimes since we are just off C G Road, but that’s just how it is in Ahmedabad. We handle a lot of the technical side of infrastructure stuff. Mostly it's about making sure the math works and the structures stay up. It isn't always exciting work, but someone has to do it. The staff here has been together for a good bit, so we know how each other works without having to say much. We drink a lot of tea while looking at blueprints. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the corner desks, but we get through it. It’s a small team, really. We just try to keep things moving for the clients who come in from all over the city. It’s a plain office, nothing fancy, just some chairs and big tables for the maps. If you’re looking for us, we’re on the first floor, usually someone is there by nine. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years from our window here. It’s a solid place to work and we just focus on the day-to-day tasks of the consulting business.
