Our workshop is at number 48 in the Shree Hari Industrial Estate. It’s right near the Ramol Police Station, which makes it easy to find if you are on the CTM-Ramol Road. We are an engineering firm, but it’s more about the hands-on building and fabrication side of things. Our place is usually loud with the sound of machines and people working. We aren't a corporate office with people in suits. We are usually in our work clothes and covered in a bit of dust. The estate is a busy place with lots of other small businesses around us. We have a small team and we just handle the jobs as they come in. Sometimes we are building something from scratch and other times we are fixing something that broke. It’s hard work and the shop can get pretty hot during the day. We don't have any fancy marketing materials or big slogans. We just try to do the work properly so people come back to us. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and we know the area well. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don't make any big promises, we just look at the drawings and get to work. It’s a lot of manual labor, but we like seeing the finished product at the end of the day. It’s just how we operate here every day.
