House Of Science

We are located right on the ground floor of Usha Flats, which is part of the Lalitkunj Society on C G Road. Being near Fairdeal House makes it pretty easy for folks to find House Of Science when they are coming through this part of Ahmedabad. It’s a busy street outside, but once you step into unit number 2, it feels a bit more like a proper place to think. Science is the main thing here, so we have all sorts of equipment and books lying around. The ground floor spot is handy because nobody has to worry about stairs or elevators. We see a lot of students and parents stopping by throughout the week. The rooms are basic, just desks and chairs and the tools we need to show how things work. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have a full group, but we make it work. We spend our mornings setting things up and our afternoons working with the kids. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t go in for anything fancy or complicated. It’s just about getting the work done and making sure people understand what they’re looking at. The neighborhood is full of life, and being on C G Road means there’s always something going on just outside the window. We’ve been here long enough that the place feels like a second home to those of us who work here every day.
