This particular branch of our work is tied to the New Era High School area and the 12th Commerce section, going back to the 2004 batch of Gujarat University. It is a bit of a unique setup because we focus heavily on the educational and recruitment side of the industry within Gujarat. We spend a lot of time looking at records and talking to people who are just starting their careers. Our office is not a factory floor; it is more of a place where we sort through the history and future of the people working with us. We have heaps of old documents from the school and the university days. It is a lot of sorting and verifying. The space we use is pretty basic, just enough room for the files and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We do not have fancy furniture. We just work through the lists and make sure everything is accurate. It is a quiet kind of work compared to the big plants, but it is important for keeping things organized. Being near the university and the high school means we are always around students and teachers. We have been doing this for a while, and the routine is pretty much set. We come in, check the files, answer some questions, and keep the records moving. It is just us doing our part in the bigger picture of the industry here in Gujarat.
