Metal Scrap Udhyog

I've been here at G.F 12 in Parasnath House for a while now. Most people just know us as the place on Vasudev Tripathi Road where the metal piles up. It’s a messy job, honestly. We spend our days sorting through old bits of iron, copper, and whatever else comes through the door. Metal Scrap Udhyog isn't a fancy office. It’s mostly just us moving heavy stuff around and making sure things get where they need to go. Sometimes the yard gets a bit crowded. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially when we have a lot of loads arriving at once. We started this because there was a lot of junk lying around that needed to be handled properly. It’s hard work on the back and the hands. You won't find us wearing suits here. We’re usually covered in a bit of dust or grease. The neighbors know us by the sound of the metal clinking. We just stay focused on the day's tasks. There’s always another pile of scrap to look at. We’ve seen all sorts of odd items come through here over the years. I remember one time a guy brought in an old bicycle frame that looked like it was from the fifties. We see things like that. The shop stays busy enough to keep us on our feet. Some days are busier than others. We just keep the gates open and wait for the next truck to pull up. It's a simple way to make a living, really. Nothing more to it than that. Just a local spot doing what we do every day.
