Mahesh Scrap Traders

We spend most of our days here in Rakhial dealing with all sorts of metal and junk people bring in. It's a busy spot near the Ajod Dairy Road, and if you know where the Gravity Watch Company is, we're right by there. We started this because there's always plenty of scrap around that needs a proper home. Sometimes the yard gets a bit crowded with iron bits and old copper, but that's just how the scrap business goes. We keep the scales ready for whatever comes through the gate. It's dusty work, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the shift. People from around the Muni Bus Plot know us well enough by now. We don't do anything fancy, just weigh the stuff and pay out. There isn’t a lot of mystery to what we do. It’s mostly about moving piles of metal from one place to another so it can get melted down and used again. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the neighborhood keeps changing, but the scrap keeps coming. If you're driving down the road, look for the pile of iron. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can look like a mess. That's the life of a trader in this part of town. We just open up in the morning and see what the trucks bring us. It's honest work and keeps us busy from sunup to sundown. Not much to look at, but it works for us and the neighbors.
