Our office and workshop are located at 2, Sarode Estate in Rakhial. We are situated right opposite the Ramrajyanagar BRTS stop on NH 8, which makes it pretty easy for anyone to find us. We work with instruments, specifically the kinds used for measuring and monitoring things in factories and industrial plants. It is very precise work, and we spend a lot of our time calibrating gauges and meters to make sure they are giving the right readings. The area here in Rakhial is very industrial, and you can always hear the hum of traffic from the highway nearby. We have been a part of this neighborhood for a long time now. Our team is made up of a few technicians who really understand how these instruments work. We aren't big on corporate talk or fancy presentations. If you stop by, you will likely see us at our workbenches with tools and testing equipment spread all over the place. We try to keep things honest and simple. If an instrument can be repaired, we do it, and if it is beyond saving, we tell the customer straight. We don't try to push people into buying things they don't actually need. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep a close eye on everything ourselves. The highway is convenient for shipping, even with the noise. Most of our afternoon is spent double-checking the accuracy of every single piece before it gets boxed up.
