Thermotech Systems Ltd.

At Thermotech Systems Ltd., we occupy Plot No. 2607 and 08 in Phase-4 of the GIDC. Having two plots gives us a bit more room to move, but it still feels small when we have a lot of projects going on. We work on various industrial systems here. It’s mostly pipes, valves, and big metal structures. You’ll usually see a few of us huddled over a drawing or a piece of equipment trying to figure out a fix. It’s not the quietest place because there’s always someone welding or grinding something down. We’ve been in this part of GIDC for a good while, so we know most of the guys at the tea stall down the road. The building itself is just a standard industrial shed. It does the job. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few tools hanging up. We handle the assembly and the testing right here on the floor. Sometimes things don’t go perfectly on the first try, so we have to stay late to get it right. It’s just how it goes with this kind of work. We aren't big on talk; we just like to get the systems built and sent out to the sites where they belong. We usually wrap things up around six and lock up the gates for the night before heading home to our families.
