Famous Hair Art is over in Ghatlodia, right at the K K Nagar Cross Road. We are in Aditi Complex, specifically Shop B-5. If you know the K K Nagar Circle, we are just a short walk from there. It’s a very busy intersection, so there is always the sound of traffic and people shouting outside. The shop itself is one of those spots that’s been there long enough that the locals just know it by sight. We don't have any flashy decorations or expensive furniture. It’s just the basic stuff you need for a haircut. The mirrors are large and we try to keep them polished so you can see what’s happening. Being near the circle means we get a lot of people just dropping in while they are out doing errands. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so our ceiling fans are usually working overtime. We keep a few old magazines on the table for people waiting, though most just look at their phones now. Ghatlodia is a crowded place, but it’s got a good energy to it. We see the same faces every month, which is nice. It’s just a regular workday for us, starting in the morning and closing up once the street lights come on. There’s nothing special about the way we do things, we just show up and do the work in our little corner of the complex. The shop is simple and functional for everyone who visits.
