We are located inside Parth Apartment, specifically at A/11. This is in the Suvidha area of Paldi, quite close to Gujarat Society. If you’re looking for a landmark, we’re right opposite the Ahmedabad Redcross Blood Bank. Since the shop is in an apartment building, it feels a bit more private than a regular storefront on the main road. It’s a cozy space that we’ve converted into a parlor, so it has a very home-like vibe. We keep the curtains drawn to give some privacy, but there’s still enough light coming through. Most of the ladies from the surrounding buildings come to us because it’s easy to just walk over. We don't have a big receptionist or a computer system; we just keep a diary for our appointments and write everything down by hand. Sometimes the lift in the building is being repaired, so people have to take the stairs, but they don't seem to mind too much. We focus on keeping the tools clean and making sure we have enough supplies for the week. It’s a quiet life here, away from the direct noise of the Paldi traffic. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and have become friends with most of the people who come in. We don't try to be anything we're not; we just provide a place for the neighborhood to get their beauty needs handled without any fuss or fancy labels. We just open up every morning and wait for the first knock.
