Fabia Engineers

Fabia Engineers is tucked away behind the Satyam Weigh Bridge in Phase I of the Vatva GIDC. Our address is B-1/90/6. Being near a weigh bridge means there are always big trucks idling nearby, waiting for their turn to be weighed. You can hear the engines rumbling all day long through the walls. In our shop, we do various engineering tasks. It is a practical place with heavy benches and old lockers for our gear. We have been at this location for a while. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the actual work to worry about how the building looks to outsiders. We have a small team of workers who know their way around a lathe and a welding torch. It is not a clean environment at all. There is oil on the floor and metal dust in the air, but that is just what an engineering shop is like. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you just walk in and someone will eventually look up from what they are doing to talk to you. We just try to finish the jobs we have so we can take on the next ones. Sometimes we have to work through the weekend if a client has an emergency. It is just how it goes when you are running a small shop in a place like Vatva.
