Our place, Essar Engineering Services Ltd., is located at 31, Laxminagar Society in Vastral. If you know the Gujarat 380026 area, you probably know it is a pretty active neighborhood. We have been at this India address for some time now. It’s a decent spot for an engineering outfit like ours. The office isn't anything too flashy, just a solid place where we get our work done. Laxminagar Society is mostly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on technical drawings or planning. We are right there in the mix with the local community. Most of us take the usual routes through Vastral to get in every morning. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, but the building stays cool enough for us to keep working. We don’t spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or anything. The focus is usually on the equipment and the schedules we have to meet. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but that keeps the noise down. We have a small team here. Every day is pretty much the same: coffee, emails, and a lot of engineering problems to solve. It is a straightforward setup for a straightforward business. We like being in this part of Gujarat because things feel a bit more grounded here than in the bigger city centers. We don't have a lot of visitors, so we just keep the desks messy and the computers running. It's a real working office.
