Engineering India is tucked away in unit 101 at the Sarjan Estate. We are right off the SP Ring Road in the Kathwada area. If you’ve ever driven around here, you know it is mostly industrial sheds and estates like ours. It's a busy part of the outskirts, with trucks moving in and out all day long. Our space at Sarjan Estate is where everything happens. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy logo on a skyscraper. We just have our unit and the equipment we use. Most of the time, the noise from the road or the neighboring units is the background music to our day. We spend a lot of time on the shop floor or at the back desk checking numbers. It’s not a glamorous life, but it is what we do. The SP Ring Road location is actually pretty convenient for getting supplies in, even if the dust from the road gets everywhere. We have been in Kathwada for a while now. We know the tea stall guys and the other business owners nearby. It’s a community of people just trying to make things work. We don't really bother with big promises. If someone needs something, they come to 101 and we talk about it. It’s a direct way of doing things. We keep the doors open and just stay focused on the tasks we have for the week.
