Divahair.Com is tucked away on the second floor of the Himalaya Mall, specifically at Shop-No 301. Being on Drive In Road means there is always something going on outside, especially with the Drive In Cinema right nearby. Gurukul is a busy spot in Ahmedabad, so the mall gets a good mix of people. Since we are up on the second floor, it is a bit quieter than the ground level where everyone is rushing around. We have our mirrors and our stations set up just like any other place. The mall air conditioning is nice during those months when Ahmedabad feels like an oven. We spend a lot of time organizing the products on the shelves and making sure the floor is clean after every visitor. It is a bit of a walk from the parking area, but most people do not mind the escalators. We are not trying to be the trendiest place in the world; we just want to make sure people leave looking a bit better than when they came in. The lighting in the mall can be a bit artificial, but we have got some extra lamps to help see what we are doing. It is a straightforward setup. No big speeches or complicated menus. If you are out doing some shopping or heading to a movie, you might see our sign. It is just a regular shop where we do hair work and take care of the basic grooming stuff for our customers.
