Dharmish Beauty Parlour

Dharmish Beauty Parlour is a bit tucked away in Shahibaug. We are actually inside Swati Apartment on the fourth floor, in flat number 10. It’s on Shahibaug Road near Fulwadi Lane. Since we are in an apartment building, it feels a bit more private than a shop on the main street. You have to come up to the fourth floor, but there is a lift. We are near Sidhania House and Padmavati, so people usually find us okay. It’s a quiet place to work. We set up the flat so it works for beauty treatments. It’s got a homey feel to it, not like a cold office or a big store. We spend most of our time here helping neighbors and people from around Shahibaug. We do the usual things people need, like hair cutting or maybe some henna. It’s just how we earn our living. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us who know what we’re doing. Sometimes we have to move the furniture around to make more space if a few people show up at once. It’s not a perfect setup, but it works for us and our customers don't seem to mind the stairs or the wait. We've been in this apartment for years now. It’s a bit of a climb but once you’re here, it’s peaceful. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized.
