You can find Dev Engineers at 402 Nandan Complex. We are situated right opposite the railway crossing in Mithakhali. The sound of the trains passing by is something we have gotten very used to over the years, and you hardly notice it after a while. It’s a busy building with a lot of other offices, but we’ve been in unit 402 for a long time. We do engineering work, mostly focused on small-scale projects and technical designs that people need help with. Our office is full of drawings, calculators, and some older computer monitors that still work just fine. It’s a bit cluttered if you look closely, but we know where everything is. Mithakhali is a central spot, so it’s convenient for us and for people coming to see us from other parts of the city. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us who know the engineering trade well. We don't use any fancy jargon or have long meetings that don't go anywhere. We just look at the plans and figure out the best way to make them work in the real world. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is close, listening to the late-night trains go by. It’s a steady way of life and we enjoy the technical challenges. We’ve seen the Nandan Complex get older, but it’s a sturdy place and we like it here.
