Our shop is right on Relief Road, which is always a hive of activity. If you know where the Mahalaxmi Petrol Pump is, we’re just a short walk from there. It's easy to spot Zakaria Masjid too, and we are right in that same neighborhood. We spend most of our time dealing with engineering parts and bits of metal. Being opposite the Amco Band helps people find us since that's a pretty well-known landmark around here. The area gets really crowded during the day, especially with all the vehicles coming and going. Inside, things are usually a bit dusty because of the work we do. It’s not a quiet place, but it's where we get things made. We’ve been at this Relief Road spot for a long time. The workshop floor is always covered in something or other, and there’s usually the sound of tools running. We aren't big on fancy decorations or anything. The walls are mostly covered in old calendars and shelves for parts. It’s just a place where work happens. Sometimes we’re so busy we don't even notice the noise from the street outside. We just keep our heads down and finish whatever job is on the bench that day. It’s a straightforward way of working. Most of the people around here know us by name. It’s a gritty part of town, but it suits what we do perfectly.
