We've been at Plot C-1/278 in Naroda for quite some time now. It is right in the Gidc Estate, Phase-1, just behind the Calama Pump. It is a busy spot but we like it here. My father started things off and now a few of us keep the shop running every day. We handle various engineering tasks that come our way, mostly metal work and fixing parts for other businesses nearby. It gets loud with the machines running all day, but that is just how the work goes. Some days are busier than others. We do not have a big fancy office or anything like that. There is just the workshop floor and a small desk for the paperwork. People usually just drop by if they need something made or repaired. The heat in Naroda can be tough in the summer, especially with the welding going on, but we have got fans and we manage. We are not trying to be the biggest place in the estate. We just want to get the jobs done so the machines do not break down again next week. Sometimes parts take a little longer to arrive than we would like, but we stay honest about the timeline. Usually, you can find one of us here from early morning until the sun goes down. It is honest work and it keeps the lights on. If you are driving past the Calama Pump, you have probably seen our sign. We have seen many changes in the estate.
