Creative Hair Design

At Creative Hair Design, things are pretty straightforward. We are located at Shop Number 9 in the Simandhar Elegance building. That is on Ramnagar Road in the Sabarmati area of Ahmedabad. It’s a decent spot, not too far from the Torrent Power Circle. You might have seen our sign if you walk past that way to get to the circle. The shop is small but we keep it organized as much as we can. We spend most of our time standing on our feet, cutting hair and chatting with the neighbors. Sabarmati is a nice place to work because people are generally friendly. Some days it is very busy and other days we just sit by the door watching the traffic go by on Ramnagar Road. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us here. We make sure the combs are clean and the spray bottles are full before we start the day. It’s not a fancy lounge or anything like that. It’s just a shop where men and kids come to get their hair shortened. We have some old magazines on the table for when there is a wait. Sometimes the light from the street reflects off the mirrors in a funny way in the afternoon. We like being part of this little corner of Sabarmati. It feels good to know the people who live in the building upstairs and in the nearby houses.
