Our workspace is over in Naranpura, specifically at 27/G in Hari Park Society. If you are standing at the Ankur Bus Stop and look across the road, you will see where we are. It is a pretty convenient spot for us because of the buses, though it does get quite loud during the morning rush. Inside, the place is usually a bit of a mess with papers and print samples scattered around the tables. We have a couple of old computers that we use for everything, and they still work just fine even if they take a minute to start up. Ahmedabad gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we spent a lot of time making sure our small cooling unit stays running. It’s not a polished corporate office. We have mismatched coffee mugs and a shelf that is slightly crooked, but it feels like home to us. Most of the people working here have been around for years, so we know each other's habits pretty well. We spend our days checking over orders and making sure the equipment is behaving itself. Sometimes we get distracted chatting with the neighbors who stop by to say hello. It’s a very local way of doing things, and we prefer it that way. No one wears a suit here. We just show up in comfortable clothes and get through the list of tasks we have for the week while the city moves along outside our door.
