We are based out of Shad No 11 and 12 in the Shri Raghuvir Industrial Estate. It’s right by Kothari Char Rasta in Santej, under the Kalol taluka. Being in an industrial estate means it’s always busy with trucks and workers coming and going. We do engineering work here, mostly focused on things that stay cold, as our name suggests. The shads are big and can get quite hot in the summer, despite the kind of work we do. We have some heavy machinery and a lot of tools scattered around the floor. It’s an active place. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those corporate perks. It’s just a place to build things and fix problems. Most of us wear work boots and get a bit dirty during the day. We’ve been in Santej for a while and we like being part of the industrial community here. You get to know the other business owners nearby. We don't have a marketing department to write pretty stories about us. We just take on engineering jobs and try to finish them on time. Sometimes parts are delayed or a machine breaks down, and we just deal with it. It’s real work for real people. We started small and just kept these two shads going. It’s a solid way to make a living and we take pride in the actual work we do. We just keep going.
