Cmm Mens Hair Salon

Cmm Mens Hair Salon is tucked into Shop No. 7 of the Madhav Complex. We are right at the Manoharvilla Cross Road in the Nikol area. Most people find us by looking for Bhavani Chowk, which is the main spot around here. The shop is small and smells like shaving cream and aftershave most of the time. We have a few heavy chairs for the men to sit in while we work on their hair or beards. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and people walking to the market. We keep a small radio on a shelf, usually playing some old songs quietly. There is a lot of dust that comes in from the cross road, so we are constantly dusting the shelves and the glass. We don't have fancy decorations, just some old posters of different hair styles on the walls that have been there for a long time. It’s a place where local guys come to sit for twenty minutes and get a clean cut. We know most of their names and what they like. Nikol has grown a lot, and more shops have opened in Madhav Complex, but we just keep doing what we do. It’s a simple routine of opening up, sharpening the razors, and greeting whoever walks in. We stay open until the street lights come on and the evening rush slows down. It is just a basic shop for the neighborhood men to visit.
