It’s a quiet residential society, so we try our best not to make too much noise or disturb the neighbors. We have our office set up inside one of the units there. It’s cozy, maybe a little too small when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we make it work somehow. We have our drawing boards and computers all placed where they can fit. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to say hello or ask how things are going. It doesn't feel like a cold, distant business environment at all. We know the people living around us. We do our engineering work here, focusing on all the small details of various projects. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking, and occasionally a lot of talking when we disagree on a specific design or plan. We don't have a big sign outside to catch the eye, just a small nameplate near the door. Most of our clients know where we are already and just drop in. We’ve been part of the Vadodara community for a long time. It’s a simple way to work, without the stress of being in a big commercial complex. We just wake up, come to the society, and get started every morning.
