You can find us over at Ashwamegh Industrial Estate, at number 73. If you ever stop by, you’ll see the galvanizing tanks and all the metalwork waiting to be processed out in the yard. It’s a tough environment, honestly. The air usually smells like metal and chemicals, and it stays pretty warm near the vats. We do engineering work that isn't very glamorous, but it is needed for building things and other industries. Most of the guys on the floor are usually covered in some kind of dust or grease by midday. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any marketing people running around the place. It is just the engineers and the workers doing what they know how to do. The industrial estate is quite loud, with trucks backing in and machines running constantly. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now. Most of the team lives nearby and has worked in engineering for most of their lives. We take the work as it comes. Sometimes it’s a small batch of parts and other times it’s a huge project that takes us weeks to finish. We don't talk much about things like excellence; we just make sure the coating is thick enough so the metal doesn't rust. It’s just honest, physical work.
