You can find Celebrity Gents Beauty Parlour & Hair Cutting Salon on Usha Cinema Road in Gomtipur. We are located right opposite the Modern Mill, which is a big building everyone around here recognizes. Even though the name of the shop has the word 'Celebrity' in it, we are a very down-to-earth place. There are no red carpets here, just a regular concrete floor and some sturdy barber chairs. Gomtipur is a working-class neighborhood, and our shop reflects that. We open up quite early because many of our regulars like to get a shave before they start their shift at the nearby factories or shops. The air in the shop usually smells like shaving cream and maybe a bit of floor cleaner. We have a couple of large mirrors that have a few scratches on the frames, but they work fine. We don't use any high-tech equipment, just standard scissors, clippers, and straight razors. Sometimes the street outside gets very dusty, so we have to wipe down the counters quite often. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know we are here by seeing the sign when they walk down Usha Cinema Road. It’s a small business where we know most of the people by their names. We just focus on giving a decent haircut and making sure everyone leaves looking a bit neater than when they walked in, which is enough for us.
