Best General Store

Best General Store is located in Ahmedabad at S P Colony in the Housing Board area of Bapu Nagar. Our address is a bit confusing with the numbers 565 and 5152, but locals find us easily enough near the stadium. This is a busy neighborhood with lots of families living in the housing board flats. We sell all the usual things like grains, oils, and snacks. The shop is quite packed from floor to ceiling. I usually have to use a small ladder to reach the stuff on the top shelves. We don’t have much space to move around, so it can get tight when three or four people are inside at once. My brother and I take turns sitting at the counter. We don't have any staff helping us. It's just a regular neighborhood shop where you can get your daily milk or some detergent. We try to keep prices fair because we know our neighbors aren't rich. Sometimes people ask for things we don't have, and we try to get them by the next week. We aren't looking to expand or do anything big. We just want to keep the shop running smoothly for the people in Bapu Nagar. It’s been our life for many years now and we don’t know anything else.
