Ashwin Industries (Narol)

Ashwin Industries is located in Narol, specifically at Shahjanand Estate. We are right opposite the Kashiram Textile Mill, behind the Ghanshyam Estate at unit 95/4. It is a very industrial part of town, so there are trucks and tempos moving around at all hours. Our unit is basically a big workspace where we get things done. It is usually quite loud because of the machinery and the traffic nearby. We focus on our industrial work and do not really spend much time on fancy office decor. The walls are a bit stained and the floor is concrete, which is exactly what we need for the kind of stuff we handle. We have a few guys who handle the loading and unloading. Sometimes the monsoon makes the estate roads a bit of a mess, but we keep the work moving. We have been in Narol for a long time, so we know all the shortcuts and the local tea stalls where we take our breaks. It is a tough environment but we like it here. There is a sense of community among the businesses in the estate. We do not do much talking; we mostly just focus on the orders and getting them out of the gate on time. It is straightforward work for people who need things done right. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily schedule until the evening shift finally ends.
