Apsara Hair Salon

Our salon is right in the heart of the old city at Teen Darwaja. The address is Shop No. 1759 in Khas Bazar, which is near Salapas Road. It is a very old and crowded part of Ahmedabad. We are situated right opposite the Nishat Restaurant, so there is always the smell of food and the sound of people shouting in the market. This shop has been here through a lot of changes in the city. It is a small place, tucked into the busy market street. We have the old chairs that have been repaired a few times and the mirrors are framed in wood. We get all sorts of people walking in because Khas Bazar is always full of shoppers and travelers. It is a very fast-paced environment. We don't have much space to move around, so we have to be organized with our combs and scissors. The street outside is never quiet, not even late at night. We just keep our heads down and work on whoever sits in the chair. It is an honest living in a very busy part of town. We don't have any polished slogans or fancy decor. It is just a place to get a haircut when you are down at Teen Darwaja. Most people who come here have been doing so for years, and we have become a small part of the daily life of this historic market.
