Amba Engineers

We are located over on Ajod Dairy Road, tucked behind the Navneet Prakashan compound. Our shop is number 6 in the Laxmi Industrial Estate. It’s a busy little corner of Ahmedabad. You can often hear the trucks going to the dairy or the noise from the other units nearby. We do engineering work, mostly focused on small parts and repairs. The workshop isn’t huge, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. It’s one of those places where you know exactly where every wrench and bolt is, even if it looks a bit messy to someone walking in off the street. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors all know us. Some mornings we spend more time talking to the guy from the next unit than actually working, but that’s how it goes. The heat in the summer can be brutal in these sheds, so we start early to get the heavy stuff done before noon. It’s a simple life, really. We take in the work, figure out how to fix the problem, and get it back to the customer. There aren't any big offices or receptionists here. If you come by, you’ll probably find us with our sleeves rolled up, working on a lathe or welding something in the back. It’s just honest work in a dusty part of the city.
