Adroit Engineering Services

Out here in Nakhatrana, things move at their own pace. We are based in Maninagar, right in the Kutch district of Gujarat. It’s a dusty place but it’s home. Our engineering work takes us all over the area. We have a small shop where we keep our equipment. Most of the time, the guys are out on a job site somewhere in the district. When we are in the office, we’re usually catching up on logs or planning the next trip. It’s a lot of driving. The roads can be rough. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word travels fast in a place like this, so we just focus on doing a decent job so people keep calling us back. We handle a variety of engineering tasks, mostly stuff that helps keep local businesses or farms running. It’s practical work. My hands are usually dirty by the end of the day. We don’t mind the hard work. It’s what we know. The office is simple, just a few desks and some old chairs. We’ve been here for a good bit of time now and know most of the people around Maninagar. It’s a good community to be a part of. We just take things one day at a time and try not to get too stressed when things get busy. Sometimes the wind picks up and brings the desert sand in, but we just sweep it out and keep going. It’s just part of living in Kutch.
