Adrash Kirana Store

Adrash Kirana Store is right outside Delhi Gate at Shop No 18. We are in Ahmedabad, 380001. Being near the gate means there is always something going on outside. It is quite a busy spot. We focus on kirana items like dal, rice, sugar, and spices. We weigh everything out and pack it for the customers. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it’s what we know. The shop has been here for a while and we have seen the area change a lot. Traffic is always a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few years. We try to keep the shop clean, though the dust from the road makes it hard. Sometimes we sit on the wooden bench outside when things are slow. We know most of the other shopkeepers around here too. It’s a good group of people. If you need something for your dinner tonight, you can just stop by. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just talk to people face to face. Sometimes the rain gets a bit heavy and we have to pull the covers down, but we stay open as much as we can. It’s a simple way to make a living. We aren't doing anything fancy. Just selling groceries to the people who walk by or live near the gate. It is hard work but we are proud of our little shop.
