We've been over here at Maitri Ashoka Bunglows for a while now. It’s a quiet spot on Motera Road in Sabarmati, right in Ahmedabad. Most people around here just know us as the wireless engineering group. We handle the technical side of cell networks and that kind of stuff. It’s not fancy work, but it needs doing properly. The office is at A-11, and usually, there is a lot of equipment lying around because we are always busy with some project or another. It’s a small team, mostly local guys who know the area well. We don’t have a big front desk or anything like that. People just drop by if they need to talk about a site or some engineering issue. It gets hot in Ahmedabad during the summer, so we try to get most of the field work done early. Being based in Sabarmati makes it easy for us to get around to different parts of the city. We’ve stayed in this bungalow office because it feels more like home than a cold corporate building. There’s a bit of a garden outside, though we don’t always have time to look after it like we should. Mostly, we are just focused on keeping things running and making sure the wireless systems we work on don't fail. It’s a lot of technical diagrams and site visits.
