Aashish Middle School

Aashish Middle School is tucked away in the Sterling City area of Bopal. It’s a part of Ahmedabad that has really filled up over the last few years. We primarily deal with students in those middle years, which is always an interesting age to work with. The building is a standard structure, nothing too elaborate, but it has enough rooms for all the subjects we cover. If you walk through the halls during the day, you’ll hear the hum of teachers talking and the occasional sound of a chair scraping the floor. We don't go in for much luxury here. The focus is just on the daily schedule and making sure everyone is in their seat when they should be. The playground area isn't massive, but it’s where the kids burn off their energy during the lunch break. We see a lot of locals from the Sterling City housing complexes. It’s convenient for them to just walk or take a short rickshaw ride over. The staff here is mostly local too, so we know the neighborhood pretty well. We’ve got a routine that works, and we stick to it. There’s plenty of paperwork to handle and the usual school problems to solve, like a broken desk or a leaky tap. It’s just a normal, working school that has become a regular fixture in this part of Bopal. We keep the place running as best as we can every day for the students.
