We are found over at D Cabin, near Vallabh Park in the Sabarmati section of Ahmedabad. This part of town has a specific feel to it, and our school is just another piece of the neighborhood. Being near Vallabh Park means there is usually some activity going on around us. The school itself is a lower primary school, so we deal with the younger kids who are just starting out. Our building is simple and doesn't stand out much from the other structures around D Cabin. Inside, it's what you would expect. There are classrooms with desks that have seen a lot of use over the years. We spend the morning hours teaching the basics. The kids are usually full of energy, so it’s never really quiet until they leave for the day. We don't go in for anything fancy or corporate. It’s just a local school where the staff works hard to keep things running. Sometimes the fans are buzzing and the kids are shouting during recess, and that’s just how it goes. The 380005 area is where we belong. We’ve been at this spot near the park for quite a while now. Most people around here know us as the place where the neighborhood children go to learn their first letters and numbers. It’s a plain, practical place for the community. We try to keep the gate tidy, but with kids running around, it's always a bit of a mess.
