Janawada village is where we are based. It's a small place in the Vav taluka. Being here in Banas Kantha, the weather is usually quite dry and dusty, but we make it work. Sri Nadeshvar Mahadev Farmer Producer Company Limited isn't a big fancy office. We are just a group of people from around here trying to manage our farming business together. Mostly, we spend our days talking about crops and prices. Vav is a tough area for farming sometimes because of the water, so we have to stay organized. It’s a lot of paperwork and meeting in person. We have our small setup here at Janawada, and everyone knows where to find us. It’s not about being a big corporation. We just want to get the right value for what we grow. The village is quiet most of the time, except when it's harvest season. Then everyone is busy and there’s a lot of movement. We started this because doing things alone was getting harder. Now we share the load. Some days are good, some are okay. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us sitting down, looking at the books, and figuring out the next season. Being in Banas Kantha means you have to be practical. That’s just how it is for us here in Janawada. We keep the doors open and talk to anyone who stops by.
