Our Thaltej office is where the real work happens, mostly involving lots of coffee and even more paperwork. We brought this group together because it made sense for the community. Farming is a gamble most years, so having a company like this helps us manage the risk a little better. We don't have a big staff. It's usually just a few of us handling everything from the accounts to the transport schedules. Some days the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other days it’s so quiet you can hear the birds outside. We try to keep things simple and direct. If there's a problem, we talk about it and try to fix it. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar with important dates marked in red ink. It’s a bit unorganized at times, but we know where everything is. The people who come here are our neighbors and friends. We aren't trying to impress anyone; we're just trying to make a living. It’s about being fair and staying busy. That’s really all there is to it. We show up, do the work, and go home to get ready for the next day.
