Sanand Taluka Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Virochan Nagar. We are at Ls No-456 right in the village. Sanand is known for a lot of big industry these days, but for us, it is still all about the local farmers. We set up this producer company to help everyone in the taluka work together instead of alone. Virochannagar is a quiet place compared to the city and we have a lot of space out here which is nice for us. Most of the people involved are just local folks who have been farming their whole lives around here. We do not have a corporate office with a receptionist or anything fancy. Usually, you will just find a few of us sitting around talking about the next harvest or some new government rule we have to follow. It is a lot of manual work and planning ahead for the weather. We try to keep things running smoothly even when the rain does not cooperate. Being in Ahmedabad district gives us some good connections but we stay rooted right here in the village. The paperwork can be a real headache sometimes but we get through it together. It is a simple setup for a simple purpose. We are not looking to expand into some giant empire. We just want to make sure the farmers in Sanand have a way to stay organized.
