If you go past the river in Valod, you’ll find us over by the Vikas Stone Quarry. It’s a bit of a trek out there, but it’s where we are set up and it suits us just fine. Being a farmer producer company in the Surat district keeps us busy throughout the different seasons. We don't have a polished office in the city center with glass walls. Instead, we’re right where the actual work happens, near the dust of the quarry and the sound of the water. It’s a practical location for the kind of work we do. We spend a lot of time talking to local growers and figuring out how to move things forward. There’s no big corporate vibe here at all. Most of us wear regular clothes and don’t mind getting our hands dirty if we have to. The office is just a room with some files and a place to sit and talk. We focus on the daily chores and making sure everyone gets what they need. Sometimes the road out here is a bit rough, especially when it rains, but that doesn't stop anyone from coming by. We’ve been here long enough that people know to look for us beyond the river. We don't make big promises or use fancy words in our daily life. We just do the work that needs doing for the collective group. It’s honest work, and it’s local. Just a group of people in Valod.
