Our office is F.F 145 in the Laxmi Krupa Society, which is quite close to the Vastrapur railway station. It is a regular housing society, so it has a very neighborhood feel to it. We aren't some big tech firm in a high-rise; we are just a small group working out of a flat to try and bring some new ideas to farming. The name says innovations, but we spend most of our time just trying to solve basic problems that farmers face. Being near the station is helpful for when we have to travel out to the fields or when people come in from outside the city. The office is a bit cramped with all the equipment and papers, but it serves its purpose. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. Most of the time, we are just busy testing things out or talking to people on the phone. Ahmedabad is a great city for starting something new, and Vejalpur is a decent place to be based. It’s a bit noisy with the train station nearby, but you get used to it. We keep our doors open and just focus on doing honest work without worrying too much about looking like a big corporation.
