Kasvav Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are located at 170 Someshwara Park in Thaltej. It’s more of a residential-looking area, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than those high-rise buildings downtown. Kasvav Farmers Producer Company is basically a group effort. We spend our days coordinating between various farmers and making sure everyone is on the same page. My desk is usually a mess of papers and crop reports. We don't have any polished reception area or someone to bring you water in a fancy glass. If you want water, you just go to the cooler in the corner. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting in small groups to talk about prices and harvests. Thaltej has gotten a lot busier lately, so finding parking near Someshwara Park can be a bit of a struggle for visitors. We’ve been here for a while though, so we know the shortcuts. The atmosphere is pretty casual. Most of us wear regular clothes and we don't worry about being too formal. It’s about getting the produce from the farms to the market without too many headaches. We have our fair share of problems, like when the logistics go wrong or the weather ruins a plan, but we just deal with it. It’s a real job with real people just trying to make things work. We don't have time for anything that isn't practical.
