Our office is at 95, Hari Darshan Park in Ahmedabad. It’s near Jashoda Chokdi, just behind the Ramdev Estate. Being right by National Highway Number 8 means there is always the sound of trucks and traffic in the background. Jaive Farms And Tech Private Limited is a bit of a mix. We deal with farming but we also look at technology, which is why being in a city like Ahmedabad helps. The area around Jashoda Chokdi is very industrial and busy. It’s not like being out in the middle of a green field, but this is where the business happens. We spend our time between the office here and visiting different farms. The weather in Ahmedabad gets incredibly hot, so the office is a bit of a relief, even if it’s just a simple room with some desks. We aren't a huge tech firm with hundreds of employees. It’s a small team of us trying to bridge the gap between old ways and new tools. Some days we are stuck in traffic on the NH 8, and other days we are looking at data or talking to suppliers. It’s a lot of coordination. We don't use much corporate jargon because it doesn't really help anyone. We just focus on what works. Our neighbors in the estate are all sorts of businesses, so it’s a very practical environment. We just get on with it every day.
