It's a bit quieter than the main industrial zones which is nice for getting the administrative work done. We are a group that works together on the farming side of things. Most of the day is spent on the phone or looking over spreadsheets. We don't have a big sign or anything. It's just a regular spot where we gather. The office is simple with basic furniture. We have a lot of folders stacked up because there's always something to keep track of. Thaltej is a good location for us because it’s easy to get to other parts of the city when we need to. We drink a lot of coffee and tea while we figure out the logistics for the farmers. It gets busy during the harvest months, and then the office feels a bit small for all the work we have to do. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just what we need to stay organized. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to say hello. It feels more like a community spot than a cold business office. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the paperwork. That’s how we operate every day. We don't have much to say about ourselves other than we just work hard here.
