Farmaahar Private Limited

Our company, Farmaahar Private Limited, is located in Ahmedabad. We are way up on the 9th floor of Shivalik Shilpiscon Road, in suite 923. It’s a modern building, but we try to keep things grounded. Even though we are in a high-rise in a big city, we are still all about agriculture. Looking out the window at the city traffic is a bit different from being in the fields, but this is where we handle the business side of things. The office is usually full of maps and charts. We have a small team here in Ahmedabad. We spend a lot of time on our computers and phones, coordinating with people all over the state. Sometimes the noise from the street below is a bit much, but you get used to it after a while. We don't use a lot of big words or corporate jargon. We just try to be clear about what we are doing. It can be stressful trying to manage everything from an office, but we make it work. We go out to visit the farms whenever we can to stay connected. There’s no big mission statement on the wall, just a calendar with a lot of deadlines. We’re just a group of people trying to build something in the ag-tech space without losing our heads. Sometimes the elevator stops on every floor, which really tests your patience.
