We’re located in Bhavnagar, specifically in the Kaliyabid area. Our shop is number 12 in the Shivnarayan Complex, right across the street from Virani School. It’s a decent spot, and usually, it’s quiet enough for us to get our work done without too much distraction. We do export and import work, which mostly means we spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails. Dealing with shipping containers and customs can be a real headache sometimes. It’s not as exciting as people think, mostly just a lot of paperwork and tracking numbers. We handle all sorts of goods going out of the country and coming in. The office is small, and sometimes it gets cluttered with samples and shipping documents. We have lived in Bhavnagar for a long time, so we know how things work around here. We don’t have a big corporate office with fancy furniture. It’s just a few of us who know the ropes of the shipping business. We have to be very careful with the details because even a small mistake can hold up a shipment for a long time. It’s a bit of a grind, but it keeps us busy every day. We like being in Kaliyabid because it feels like a real community. Most of our clients just call us up or stop by the shop for a quick chat.
